This Chasselas comes from a real old vine, planted in 1970 in the Clos des Mennettes. It is born on extremely clayey soil, itself located on a deeper limestone bank. On the nose, it expresses the floral character of lime, allied to a beautiful minerality. In the mouth, its depth oriented on minerality works wonders. The vinification in amphorae, which allows the oxygenation of the wine, and on lees, sublimates the minerality combined with the volume in the mouth.
