This wine is a pure Dornfelder, a grape of German origin which, when well mastered in the vineyard, gives a very concentrated wine. "Entre Ciel & Terre" is the result of a crush: originally planted to make a blend, it turned out to have such a character that we preferred it to be single. On the nose, intense fruity notes of blackcurrant and elderberry give it unparalleled gluttony. Vinification in vats retains its purity and fruity intensity also on the palate. In the end, a very fruity and intense wine with a low acidity which gives it all its charm.
