This wine is a Gamaret, planted in 1986 in shallow soils of the Villeneuvois terroir, which gives a very low yield. When scarcity makes beauty: 3 dl per square meter! On the nose, it expresses spicy scents and black fruits. It is appreciated in the mouth for its present but silky tannins. The grapes come from a plot selection. Vinification in barrels for 24 months gives it its flexibility.
