This Chasselas, an emblematic grape of the Lake Geneva region, reveals aromas of pear and lime blossom. It takes root on the renowned Aigle terroir, resulting from the retreat of the Diablerets and Rhône glaciers and nourished by alluvium deposited by the Grande Eau. On the palate, this wine presents all the strength and elegance of the deep lands of Aigle. It thus gives birth to a great Chasselas, combining both the minerality of Chablais wines and the subtlety of the Aigle terroir. Its vinification, respectful of tradition, gives it both aromatic and gustatory harmony.
