This wine comes from a selection of Gamay, harvested by hand at full maturity. The great strength of this grape lies in its aromatic expression, while retaining its freshness. After a short maceration, the traditional aging in vats which brings out all the subtlety of Les Moines Rosé. When tasting, on the nose, the strawberry compote is very present. On the palate, its freshness, fruitiness and balance are appreciated. The grapes are selected from the Gamay plots. As for the traditional vinification in vats, it reveals the fruitiness of this wine.
