This wine is made from a blend of Merlot (55%) and Cabernet sauvignon (45%). From the Clos around the property, worked in viticulture without synthetic products since 2012, it is harvested individually in order to harvest the bunches at their optimum maturity. The grape varieties are vinified separately in 300-liter barrels and assembled at the end of the journey. On the nose, the “M” presents aromas of figs and dried prunes with a slightly toasted note due to the aging in barrels. On the palate, the attack is supple with notes of an open wine. The tannins are already very round and melted thanks to the 24-month barrel aging.
