This wine is a pure Pinot with low yield, resulting from the assembly of several Pinot Noirs. On the nose, red fruits - raspberries in particular - are very present. In the mouth, it offers subtle tannins and a persistent fruitiness. The grapes come from a selection of the best plots of our estate. Vinification in barrels for 18 months gives it its elegance and reveals its fruitiness.
