This pure Syrah, appellation Valais AOC, comes from the vines of Domaine Diserens, Les Moines à Saillon. On the nose, it expresses a complexity of ripe fruit allied with eucalyptus. Graphite and lardé, the Syrah “Terra Solis” has enormous length on the fruit. In the mouth, it is only suppleness and elegant tannins. The 30-month aging in oak barrels makes it an elegant wine with a very good length.
